Plan printing and copying service in Ashford, Kent
For many years Page Plan Prints has provided a reliable plan printing and copying service for professionals such as architects, builders, engineers, electricians and plumbers in Kent and across the UK. We know that printing and copying to an accurate scale is important. It’s why we check the scale is accurate on the plans we print. Plans can also be reduced or enlarged to scale too. The standard sizes we can print and copy are from A4 to A0, but we can also print and copy non-standard sizes up to 36″ / 914mm wide and over A0 length. Plan scanning and scan to archive service in Ashford, Kent
Whether they are A4 size documents or paper plans over A3 size, at Page Plan Prints we can scan them for you to a digital format. This is a great option if you want to clear storage space, share your files or prevent the information from being lost. Damaged and delicate documents and plans are treated with care and will be in experienced hands. Page Plan Prints has two scanning options available; a rolling scanner and a flatbed scanner.
Wide format rolling scanner
Plans and drawings on paper can be scanned up to 36″ / 914mm wide in mono, greyscale or colour to 300 dpi or 600 dpi. The formats are PDF, Tiff or JPEG. Multi-page and single page options are available for PDF and Tiff scans. The multi-page option has more that one plan or drawing on one file and the single-page option has one drawing or plan per file.
Flatbed scanner
At Page Plan Prints we have a flatbed scanner that can scan up to A1 size in mono, greyscale or colour to 300 dpi, 600 dpi or 1200 dpi. The formats available are PDF, Tiff and JPEG. For flatbed scanning we can scan originals that can’t go through a rolling scanner. This includes rigid board, legal bound documents and canvas paintings up to 2″ / 5cm thick. Books can also be scanned in mono, greyscale or colour without removing the binding or cover. They can only be scanned to Tiff format to 300 dpi, 600 dpi or 1200 dpi. How to place an order
- Send your files by email and a cost of printing and P&P will be provided.
- If you’re happy to go ahead with the printing, an invoice will be sent by email, which can be paid online.
- When your payment has been received and cleared your order will be completed and dispatched.
